Having just visited www.tibettruth.com I am appalled to note the extent and nature of human rights violations resulting from Communist China's coercive birth-control policies. Equally disturbing is the fact that it receives moral, technical and financial support from our own Department for International Development through that bodies' sponsorship of agencies working in Communist China (such as the United Nations Fund for Population Activities, International Planned Parenthood Federation and Marie Stopes International). May I request that you table the following question for the attention of Secretary of State, Mr. David Alexander MP. "Will the Secretary of State agree that the reproductive and sexual rights of women across Communist China, Tibet and East Turkestan are brutally denied as a result of coercive birth-control policies which have inflicted the most appalling human rights violations".
